When the temperatures dropped down into the teens over the New Years holiday, my heater decided to give up. After coming out to repair the blower Daniel discovered that is wasnt heating properly and the heat strips were broken. My unit was so old that he wasnt sure about getting parts but David ordered the materials needed to repair the parts I had and now my heater works wonderfully. I am very happy with their service and expertise.

We just installed a new heat pump and air conditioner unit and just LOVE it!!! It is so quiet that you don’t even think it is on. I love how the unit thinks for itself. Yesterday, the air was running and this morning, the heater went on without being told when the temperature dropped. If you don’t have a service provider, you need to contact them.

Pearce was very prompt when I asked for an estimate to replace my A/C and furnace. Then, when I decided to go with them they were available very quickly to do the work. Paulino, the gentleman who replaced the unit, was great! He was very professional and helpful. My parents use Pearce as well and they recommended them to me. I see why now. They actually returned my call unlike three other companies I contacted in Conway. A service tech showed up within an hour of me calling. He stayed until 10pm until the job was done. Highly recommended. Best HVAC in Conway, hands down.
