Hiring a HVAC Company ,Part 2

As stated by ”This old House ” hiring the correct contractor can be a hassle, so we are going to pass on a few tips. OK , we have done the ”Get Recommendations ” what else do we need to do ?
”Do Interviews ” Contact each contractor and ask them a number of questions. Can you provide a list of previous clients and their contact information ? Will you be using sub contractors …like electricans, plumbers and if so how well do you know these companies ? how long have they been doing work for you ?
These are all very important questions that you should Not be afraid to ask, and if your HVAC contractor doesn’t answer them , then maybe they are not the company you need in your home.
